You did something really bad and it is something you
can't correct, and you don't have a backup.

the data and you accidentally deleted all the balances.
In most cases, if it is possible to 'calculate
backwards' to the original status, problems of this type
can be repaired with a custom utility program.
You have 1,000 loans set up and you decided you set a
code to the wrong value and want to change all the loans
to a different setting.
Repairs and modifications of this type require you to
zip up all the data files in the DATA subfolder and
email them to us. We can modify them and email them
back.
