There are two distinct levels of data recovery:
1) The drive crashes and after restoring the
computer, the drive cannot be read.
In many cases it is possible to recover some or all
of this data. This type data recovery is very
expensive and is not offered by Bottom Line Software.
2) The drive crashed or other failure made the data
files unreadable by the LoanMaster system.
In many cases this data is partially and
occasionally completely recoverable. Bottom Line
Software offers data recovery of this type lost data.
This service is offered on a per hour basis at regular
rates. No guarantee is made of the amount or
usefulness of the data recovered and the fee is
payable in full regardless of the ultimate result.
